Coordinate meetings with design team and stakeholders
Review all phases of design documents for conformance with program goals
Review construction documents for constructibility, cost management, coordination and value engineering
Update and maintain project budget and schedule
Manage bidding solicitation process
Conduct pre bid conferences, site visits, evaluation of bids
Administer and oversee construction contracts
Prepare project reports, conduct meetintgs with Owner, design and construction team
Quality control, commissioning and project closout
Represent and assist project owners and developers with planning
Project scope and budget development
Prepare conceptual program for design team RFQ's and RFP's
Develop and manage RFQ and RFP process arriving at recommendation for design team
Develop project master schedule and master budget

Simone Pucca-Fera is a registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architecture. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Catholic University of America, as well as an MBA degree in Real Estate from Temple University.
